1. Turn on water heater located in kitchen pantry. Be sure water valve is in “on position, parallel to water inlet pipe.
2. Turn on interior/exterior lights from switches.
3. Keep all food in the kitchen and dining room areas unless prearranged with Hall committee.
4. Beverages, not food, are permitted in main hall unless prearranged with Hall committee.
5. Take all food brought in when leaving. Hall policy is to dispose of food left in refrigerator
after each event.
6. No smoking is allowed in the building. Cigarette butts are to be deposited in the receptacles provided for that purpose on the front and east porches.
7. Remove and dispose of all garbage. Recyclable containers may be left in the containers provided on the back porch. Be sure to put them in the right container or you will be asked to return to sort it.
8. Leave the building/games/kitchen and grounds in the condition in which you rented it or better. If damages occur notify the Hall committee immediately with your plan to replace or repair the damage. Otherwise you may forfeit your deposit and/or be subject to legal sanction.
9. Before leaving, turn off the water heater and cold water inlet on top of the water heater.
10. Before leaving, turn off all exterior and interior lights.
11. Lock all doors.
12. Return the keys to the Hall committee by 11:00 a.m. the next day.
13. There will be no overnight camping unless pre-approved by the Hall committee.
14. Music must end by 11 p.m. except by prior approval of the CCO Board of Directors at the regularly-scheduled monthly public meeting.
15. Amplified music must be presented and approved by the CCO Board of Directors at the regularly-scheduled monthly public meeting.
16. No illegal drug use will be tolerated on CCO property; if suspected, the county sheriff will be called.
17. Additional parking may be available with adjacent property owners. Please do not leave garbage, bottles, diapers, cigarette butts or other litter on these adjacent properties or a reduction in your cleaning deposit will be made to cover the expense of the cleanup.
18. Events of 100 people or more require special arrangements because parking is limited.
19. No trespassing on neighboring properties.
20. Power outage will make Rental Contract null and void. Deposits will be refunded.
