The CCO is a nonprofit organization created for two main reasons:

1. To upgrade and maintain the Comptche Community Hall, (Grange Hall), and to ensure its continued use for community functions and,

2. To raise funds for the development of the 5 acre parcel donated to the Comptche Community Services District (CCSD).
